Our Upstream provider is currently investigating a network issue that affects server UK101 at the moment.

Datacenter technicians are aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it.

Once we have more information on the matter, we will provide it here.

We are writing this update yo ensure all clients that their data on the server is safe. The current issue stems from a routing/networking problem with our upstream provider - Rapidswitch. We are working with them to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we currently do not have an ETA from their Network Team. Once we have more information, we will post it here.
